Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and 444ak (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "444ak", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the 444ak platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Services").

By accessing the 444ak website at https://444ak.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the 444ak Platform, you conclusively confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and understand their content.
• You agree to be legally bound by all provisions of this Agreement, including any updates or amendments that may be published from time to time.
• You meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of this Agreement, including the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that the outcome of any game or bet is not guaranteed.

444ak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their 444ak account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and remain informed of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the hero section of this page.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

In order to use the 444ak Platform and access any of its Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Proof of age may be required at any time via our identity verification (KYC) process.
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity) acting in a personal capacity.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
• Your use of the 444ak Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 444ak or any of its affiliated entities or game-provider partners.
• You have not previously had an account on the 444ak Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or subject to any court order that restricts your participation in gambling activities.

Age Verification

444ak takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. All users are required to complete an identity verification check as part of the account registration process. The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that a user meets the minimum age requirement. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an individual aged 18 or above will be permanently closed. Geographic Eligibility

The 444ak Platform is designed and operated with the Bangladesh market as its primary audience. While users from other locations may access the Platform, it is each user's sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence before registering an account or placing a bet. 444ak makes no representation that the Services are lawful or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction outside of its intended market. The Company accepts no liability for any user who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual user may hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the 444ak Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, a different name, a different email address, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 444ak employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be permanently closed, and bonuses or winnings accumulated across those accounts may be voided.

Registration Requirements

When creating your 444ak account, you are required to provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Your country of residence (Bangladesh for primary market users).
• A chosen username and a secure password of your selection.

You warrant that all information provided during registration — and at any point during your use of the Platform — is accurate, truthful, and up to date. 444ak reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444ak account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 444ak will never contact you to request your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 444ak support immediately via live chat or email.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In order to process withdrawal requests and in accordance with the Platform's commitment to anti-money-laundering best practices, 444ak requires all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is approved. KYC verification requires the submission of:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identity document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account).
• Additional documentation may be requested at the Company's sole discretion, particularly for high-value accounts or accounts flagged during routine compliance reviews.

444ak aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal processing suspended until verification is completed successfully.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

444ak supports a range of Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) payment methods to make funding your account and receiving your winnings as straightforward as possible. All transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. The Platform does not impose currency conversion charges on BDT transactions.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on the 444ak Platform:

• bKash — Mobile financial service operated by bKash Limited.
• Nagad — Digital financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Mobile banking service operated by Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL).
• Upay — Mobile financial service operated by United Commercial Bank Limited.
• Visa and Mastercard — International payment cards issued by any Bangladeshi bank including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the 444ak Platform is ৳500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, individual payment method operators may impose their own transaction limits which are outside of 444ak's control. Deposits are typically credited to your 444ak account in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact 444ak support with your transaction reference number.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name and that matches the identity information on your 444ak account. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in withdrawal processing being suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering return-to-source policies. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal request can be approved. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Most requests are completed within the same business day (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically processed within 1–5 business days, subject to the card-issuing bank's standard processing times.

444ak reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above a certain value threshold, which may extend standard processing times. Users will be notified promptly if additional verification is required. The Company does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

444ak offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. The availability, value, and specific terms of each promotion are published on the Platform alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between the general provisions of this section and the specific terms published with any individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who are 18 years of age or older and who meet any additional eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method account, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they (or any winnings derived from them) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
• 444ak reserves the right to set a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses credited in error — whether due to a technical fault or an administrative error — may be removed from a player's account at any time. Any winnings generated from erroneously credited bonus funds may be voided.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion with other players, reverse-bonus wagering strategies, or any other scheme intended to exploit promotional offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account suspension.
• 444ak reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to reasonable notice where feasible. Offers that have already been credited to player accounts at the time of any modification are honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general wagering conditions apply to all bonus funds credited at 444ak: (a) bonus funds and any associated free spin winnings must be wagered the specified number of times (the "rollover requirement") before a withdrawal can be requested; (b) only bets placed on eligible games count toward the rollover requirement — the eligible game categories and any game exclusions are listed per promotion; (c) the wagering requirement must be met within the time window specified in the promotion terms; (d) if the time window expires before the wagering requirement is met, the remaining bonus balance and any accumulated winnings from that bonus will be forfeited automatically.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 444ak Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and WM Live (collectively, "Game Providers"). Each game operates according to the rules and Random Number Generator (RNG) systems maintained by the respective Game Provider. 444ak does not have editorial control over the mathematics, RNG certification, or game mechanics of any third-party game.

Random Number Generation & Fairness

All RNG-based games available on 444ak — including slot machines, virtual table games, and instant-win titles — use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested and audited by recognised testing laboratories. The outcome of every game spin, card deal, or dice roll is determined entirely at random, and no player action, device type, account history, or wagering amount can influence or predict the outcome of any individual game round.

Live Casino Games

Live dealer games (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and Teen Patti) are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and WM Live. The results of live casino rounds are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained live dealers under the supervision of each Game Provider's own regulatory and quality-assurance teams. 444ak transmits these game streams to players but is not the operator of the live studio environments.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, and other events — are offered at odds set by 444ak at its sole discretion. Odds are subject to change prior to event commencement. Once a bet has been confirmed (as indicated by a bet reference number and confirmation screen), the odds are locked for that bet. 444ak reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or a technical malfunction at the time of bet placement). In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the player's account in full.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connection interruption during a game round or bet placement, 444ak will endeavour to recover the game state to the point immediately preceding the malfunction. Where recovery is not possible, the affected bet or game round may be voided and the stake returned to the player. No player shall be entitled to winnings generated from a game round that was affected by a verified technical malfunction. If you experience a technical issue during gameplay, please record the game reference number shown on-screen and contact support immediately.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 444ak Platform, you agree to use the Services in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance and pending winnings, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud 444ak or any other player through misrepresentation, identity theft, chargeback abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or any other deceptive practice is strictly prohibited.
• Money laundering: Using the 444ak Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account — whether under your own identity or any other identity — is prohibited. All accounts beyond the first will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, RNG anomalies, or payment processing errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a verified error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Automated play: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, automated betting software, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live casino table games, or tournament formats, is strictly prohibited.
• Reverse-bonus abuse: Any wagering strategy or pattern of play designed primarily to circumvent bonus wagering requirements, extract bonus value without genuine risk, or abuse promotional structures in any way is prohibited.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing 444ak support staff, game dealers, or other players via any communication channel is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Underage play: Accessing the Platform while under the age of 18, or knowingly allowing or facilitating access by a minor, is prohibited.

Your Representations

Each time you access the 444ak Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) all funds in your account originate from legitimate, lawful sources; (c) you are not acting on behalf of any other person or under any instruction from any third party; (d) you are not self-excluded from gambling and are not subject to any legal restriction that prohibits your participation; and (e) your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment purposes only.

Account Closure & Suspension

444ak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is imminent, or where account closure is necessary to comply with applicable law, protect the integrity of the Platform, or safeguard the interests of other players.

Company-Initiated Closure

The Company may close or suspend an account under (but not limited to) the following circumstances: suspected or confirmed identity fraud or misrepresentation; suspected or confirmed underage gambling; multiple account creation; suspected money laundering or financial crime; consistent exploitation of technical errors or bonus structures; abusive behaviour toward Platform staff or other users; a court order, law enforcement request, or regulatory direction; or the account remaining dormant for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without any deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity.

Where an account is closed by the Company for a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at the Company's discretion. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons (e.g., inactivity) with no breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Player-Requested Closure

You may request the closure of your 444ak account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at support@444ak.app. Player-requested closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable withdrawal processing time. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from unconverted bonus funds are not withdrawable at the time of voluntary closure unless the relevant wagering requirement has been fully met.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, login to the account is disabled and all promotional communications are suspended.
